• Application Documents:  To assist in filling out required documents to be used for federal grant applications and federal grant reports.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.  SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any outside parties.

If you choose not to provide requested information, Nexus Foundation may not be able to assist you properly with your application.
